Non responsive computer

Hello,

My computer has dark screen. I can sign in, but my files don’t come up and if I click on anything the little blue light spins and does nothing else. Help please.

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.0

PRess the WINDOWS key and type EXPLORER and hit enter. Does anything happen?
