Laptop is on but no display on screen

Hello,

My laptop is a Dell i5 which has the issue that it is on and the fan is spinning, but nothing displays. I did that take out batter and press start up button for 60s, and then I plugged in the charger and turned it on. Then it turns off automatically.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 50.0.2661.89

Hello,

During the startup do you reach the Windows screen?

No just fan spin out n lights are on but nothing display on screen
