Gmail only opens in incognito mode

Hello,

Gmail only opens in incognito mode. I have already:

1.) Cleared Cache and cookies
2.) Disk Cleanup
3.) Disabled extensions

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.98

Google Chrome : Desktop 71.0.3578.98 Windows 7/64 bit. Sorry for the late reply.
