Hi,
First, you need to recover your Yahoo email account using the Sign-in Helper.
Once done, go to the Facebook account recovery page and choose to send the verification code to your Yahoo account.
In case you can't recover your Yahoo account, click No longer have access to these in the Facebook account recovery page, and follow the instructions.
