View option enable in Word (Office XP Proff.)

Hello,

I am use Microsoft Office XP proffessional Edition, There is a Problem that The View option beside the file & edit option that is not coming in Microsoft Word. I try to resolve many way but no result. Finaly I reinstall the Office but still now the problem is not resolve. Please suggest me how can I do that.
