How do I add software in ccm.net?

I want to add software of my website into ccm.net, Kindly share me the neccesorry details. I had already check this link https://ccm.net/faq/7307-ccm-add-update-a-software-in-the-download-section#adding-a-software buy I am unable to see Add Software option.

The "Add software" button isn't available for members. To submit your software, please fill out this form.

After reading the article on how to, go to the downloads section, and click add software!
