Reset my idea 3g

I reset my idea 3g wifi ..after that I used default username and password to login..next it redirected to Registration..
After successfully completion of registration..I couldn't receive any otp to connect..but it keep asking otp...how can I connect??help me

Why did you re-register? You already had a registration? Perhaps it is best to go to the vendor that sold you the hardware, and ask them for help.
