Someone hacked my friend’s fb account

Hi, someone hacked my friend’s fb account. She have no access even in yahoo mail. Can i ask if it’s possible to retrieve her account or permanently delete. How? Please help. My friend create a new account and Already reported the old one to fb community but the account’s still active.

Ypu have posted on CCM.NET. We are not facebook.
