Locked out of my facebook

Hello,
My facebook was hacked, and when i went to change my password it booted me out of everything. When i log back on it asks me to identify myself by using my freinds photos. I go through and identify all of them correctly, when it finishes it it shows a screen that says "this feature is unavailable" ive tried 3 times in 3 days. My freinds look up my account and its completely disappeared. I cant do anything my business account is tied to it.
