Problem with starting up

Hello,
I have HP pavilion dv6700 laptop
I was working on my laptop and then i closed the screen quickly without closing it from the start menue
when i wanted to open the laptop 2 second after that i couldnt do so
a blue screen came telling me how i want to open the window. Normaly or by start up repair system i choosed the second one. Then it start repairing after 10 min it tells me that the repairing process was not seccessful.
then a black screen comes.
pleaseeeeeeee help me as i do distance education and i need my laptop.

hi,

remove the battery, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and the put back the battery.

then start te computer and see if it works.
