Help for getting my sound card working!!

Hello, I have a dell dimension E510 desktop with windows xp professional installed on it. I just recently installed the windows xp on their so i am trying to figure out how to get my sound card working. I believe that all i need to do is install a driver to get the sound card working. Can someone tell me a FREE place i can download this?

(i might have the cd if you can tell me what it is called, but before i had windows professional i had windows xp media center edition so i am not sure if it will work.)
