LG tv Picture is too big for the screen

After a power outage electricity came on but the screen of our tv looks different. Picture is too big for the screen, I tried to fix it under ratio 16:9 option, but nothing changes. Hope anybody can help.

If you are changing modes, and the image isnt changing, try unplugging the tv and leaving it unplugged for about ten minutes. Try again. If that does not help, go to settting, and reset the tv to defaults. If that doesnt fix it, the power brown out blew up your tv!!
