Just do a system restore, on safe mode press F8 then choose safe mode
You will be asked if you wish to do a system restore to your system,
Select a date when your pc was running normally!
Uninstall the antivirus from control panel,
Never erase directly and never edit registry files!
Use AVG antivirus:
