Shift key is broken

Hello,


everytime I attempt to use my shift key or the letter P they both type capitol letters and I don't know how to turn it off the right shift key inPuts P and the left shift key inPuts a question mark it's really annoying for tyPing.

Hi

Your keyboard either needs a deep cleaning or must be replaced.
