Forgot password and mobile number

Hello,

i am using an mobile number for my facebook and i lost that number already. i also forgot my password . how can i open it because it said that the code is sent ro that number which i lost. please help anyone. thanks

It is lost forever. There is no way to link you to the account.

Do you have a recovery email address on the account? No?
