My computer turns on but nothing is on the screen

Hello, my computer turns on but nothing shows on the screen, please can you suggest a method for me that would not affect my files and documents, I really can't afford to lose my documents. God bless you.



System Configuration: Android / Chrome 56.0.2924.87

Is this a desktop computer? If it is, press the numlock key while it is "on". Press it again. Did a light turn on and off? if no, then it is not Post-ing, and you will need to take it to a technician.
