Hi,

Netflix may submit an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of your monthly membership. However, Netflix doesn't collect the authorization amount. The authorization will automatically drop off your account.

In another case, it is possible that you may not be eligible for a free trial, so you were charged for your first month.

For more info, you can visit this help page or contact Netflix using this link.
