Hi,
This can happen if you synchronize your mailbox with an email application, using the IMAP protocol. Therefore, if you delete an email from the email software, it will also be deleted on the server of your mailbox. To fix this, you must configure the POP protocol on your email software.
If you don't synchronize your mailbox with an email software, you will need to check if your account is not hacked by following these steps.
