My photo has lost from my cm vault. How can i have them pic back.

Hello there, this question has been asked before and the best answer that was given at the time was to contact: cmsecurity@cmcm.com
And ask them directly to help with this issue.
The only other response I found that could help you was this:
Open the app, select the menu icon, select private browsing, on the top right you’ll see 3 dots open it there you will see an option for private pictures, select it and it will ask for your passcode and thats it. You can recover your photos from the vault and move it out to the original folder.
