My laptops up changing led blinking between white and orange and will never turn on what could be the problem and how to solve it

An orange light indicates a hardware issue. Unless you are familiar with troubleshooting laptop diagnostic code, it is best to take to a technician (depending on the initial cost of the pc). We use only HP laptops in my organization and I am in the hardware group. We see this type of failure often.
