Hi,

I was trying to join a group last night and was awaiting a code to enter. I have the code but cannot get to the part I need to enter it. I had enter user name and password but just cannot call up the box where I entered these details. Can you help me.

Hello, is this for Facebook?

As a first step you could try clearing browser history, then fully closing, and reopening your web browser. This might reset the pop up box where you need to enter the code.
