HP SATA DRIVE

Hello,

My hp SATA drive starts up and then shuts down. The power supply and all other fans are still running...so I know there is power going to the computer. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

hi there, the only thing for now is to, if you aint already done so is to do a system restore first. see how you get on with that firstly. then if that not correcting the problem them do a full reboot of the system and put in your o/system. this then will set all things back to its factory settings.... good luck.

Thanks. I will give that a try. I hope it will boot from the OS disk.
