Please help me, my phone - samsumgz4 not downloading playstore / Tiktok if any one knows how please help.

Hi,

The Samsung Z4 and other Z model run on the Tizen operating system. It is impossible to install the Play Store or TikTok on these phones.

If your device is a Samsung phone running on Android, see David's answer.
