I tried to connect my WD MyPassport Harddrive to my laptop. It worked fine for a couple of times, but now that I connect it, it doesnt show up. Checked on disk management, it isnt shown there either. Checked all my ports and can confirm its only my laptop, not the drive itself or the cable/ports.
Any help would be appreciated.
System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.88

Do you mean that your drive is fine its only the laptop which is not working fine? Correct me if i am wrong. Have you tried to connect other USB's into your laptop to confirm whether it is the laptop issue or drive issue?
