Hi, Thank you for your help. I have tried this a couple of times and I get a reply that this driver is no longer supported. I was using Windows 7 and I just upgraded to Windows 10 just the other day, now I can no longer print. My hard drive is spinning all of the time and I can't print out anythng. I wish I had never upgraded to Windows 10, but I had no choice.

Thanks Again,

Before installing the driver, have you tried running the setup in compatibility mode in Windows 7 ?

Win 10 is a way better OS...you will be happy.
