I need SM BUS driver for Acer Aspire AXC 603G-UW13

Hello, I have looked for 3 days now and got malware, ad-ware and such but have not found these drivers or driver yet. The Acer site does not offer it. I did download the chip set and it corrected 1 of the 2 Exclamation marks but not the SM BUS drive one.Even if I have to pay, I need this driver as I want to fix this computer before I send it to a lady who needs one. Any help greatly appreciated.
Intel Chip set: Intel Celatron J1900 @ 1.99 Ghz
Bought from Walmart, was hacked, wiped and reformatted and installed Windows 8.1 Pro.



System Configuration: Windows / Firefox 74.0

Hello, if you cannot find it here on the Acer site... try this.

After doing a fresh install of windows 8.1 pro, if the drivers are not installed then you can simply:
  • Go to device manager
  • Right click on SM bus driver - click on update
  • It should install the driver


You can also try the steps here. The solution for this person was that they installed the 'Chipset INF Utility from Intel' by downloading this Chipset. This may or may not work for you too, but I recommend you try the aforementioned possible solution first.

Thank You very much David..Before you commented I went on a downloaded Driver Updater (Free Version) and it fixed the problem and 11 more updates also. It said for some $$$ it would update 15 more that needed updating..I guess it a good utility to have, especially at just $14.95..I may look around and get it or a better one soon.Broke now since I was hacked and they messed up desktops,Laptops, IPads, Chrome Book and Tablet...They either used Kali-Lenus Metasploit or FatRat..May have used VirTool Windows Tampering Tool...Anyway, thanks again for your help.
