Hello, I found this possible solution from another forum question. Let me know if it helps.
It seems the only way to make this work is to press the tab key (or shift+tab) until the seek bar is highlighted, then use the arrow keys to move forward/backward 30 seconds, then press ESC key to make the highlighted seek bar disappear.
