hi, I did send a message to IDM. they didn't respond.
I solved myself it was win10 itself had an issue. I didn't use IDM for a long time. JDownloader was a good one but it was kind of annoying when clicking to the download button. and IDM is easy to use.
I have the latest version of windows now.

Please try this following method hope this might help you,
1. Exit/Close IDM from the taskbar by right clicking and Clicking on "Exit"
2. Re-launch IDM
3. Trace the file from the download queue, right-click and click Resume Download from the options
4. IDM will capture new download link, Click "Allow" to allow the software open the browser.

5. You will see IDM waiting for the new download link, like in the picture below
6. If it finishes loading the Original source website Click on "Download"

7. IDM will ask if this is the new download link for the file then click "Yes".
Note: downloading another file will corrupt the download progress
8. The file will resume downloading as in the picture below

Hello, what were the circumstances surrounding this? Did you internet connection drop out? Have you tried downloading it again?

I did, it doesn't seem to work it out when i try again and again. it still persists.
in earlier version of windows idm was fine but now its worse.
you have any idea how do i contact idm support? mail or anything???

Looking on their site, there is a FAQ, frequent problems page here, which could help.
They go into much more detail and at the bottom of the page there is a direct contact form which you can use to explain your problem directly to them.
