Hello, to deactivate the offline mode, try this:
If that doesn't work check if sim card has been inserted properly.
If that doesn't work try using the sim card on another phone.
If you are still in offline mode, there may be a problem with the SIM
Regards
- Go to Menu > Settings > Profile
- Now change your profile to normal mode
