Hello sirs

I cant open cmd.exe.. i can't open anything.
i cant open commando prompt either by going into START -> ALL PROGRAMS -> ACCESORIES -> COMMANDO PROMPT... please help me

hi,

make sure that you are logged in the administrator account and that there are no restrictions preventing you from doing so.

try to create another administrator account and check if you can open command prompt from there.

or go to start > all programs > accessories > right click on command prompt > run as... > select administrator and press ok.

this should work.
