My(sahara) laptop cant boot

Hello,
my laptop can not boot from nether the CD ROM nor hard drive.at first it notified me that there was something wrog with the kernel,then it went off and whenever i log in the window page comes up then goes off.

hi,

go to the BIOS, press Del button at start up.

then check the boot sequence, change it to boot from CD first.

put the windows installation CD in the drive and then reboot the system.

then proceed with the windows repair.
