Hello! My Facebook account got temporarily locked today. I tried to recover it, but when I complete the steps, then it says: "Sorry, this feature isn't available right now. An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later"

I received that same error message just a couple weeks ago. Clearing cache and cookies did not work for me. I am at a loss. There is no way to get in touch with FB.

Do you get the same error if you try to log into your Facebook account with a different device? If this the case, you can try reporting the login issue to Facebook via this form.

If you get this error when you are using Facebook, here is how to report a problem.

LOL to report a problem you need to connect to your facebook account. Same issue happening with my facebook account. Locked out for at least 2 months now.

I'm having this exact SAME issue.... it's so frustrating. Regardless of which device I try to login with I get the same endless loop.... did you ever find any answers?

Yes!! I waited a couple of weeks and then tried again on my mobile. I cleared the cache/cookies first and it let it go through!
