Xbox 360 wont read any disc Closed

Hello, 

My xbox 360 will not play any disc. It will come on and then when you get to the actual start of the game it just says it cant read the disc. I am connected to the internet. I have cleaned the discs. I have cleaned the lense but still it wont work. I have even cleared the cache.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 84.0.4147.89

Hello, this is a previous best answer that should be able to help you:

I went straight to Microsoft Xbox website. Their solution worked for us when our Xbox would not play discs. Go to Settings > Memory. Highlight any storage device and press Y. Do not select A. 

Select Clear System Cache. Perform Maintenance, click Yes. Next try your game to see if it works. When you play your games, data will be restored. 

Try this and see how you get on.
