My friend has had her account hacked by hackers

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of my friend Christina Candlin as she cannot get on to her account at the weekend her Identity was stolen they took everything the police and fraud squad were informed, as they took her bank account/money out of account, facebook account, amazon account, passport, National Insurance Number, they took her entire life, now whoever this is, is decided to send messages to her facebook friends begging for money, if there is anything you can do to shut them down its getting my client really upset.
