Hello,
i have a Y3 VIVO Android phone gifted to my bro in China by his employers. The software is chinease how to change it to English. Playstore or Google is missing neither watsapp.

Kindly advise how to change software from Chinese to English. Change software to load Google and watsapp.

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 85.0.4183.83

Hi,

To set the language of your Vivo Y3 to English, go to Settings (gear icon) > Language & Input (keyboard icon). Then choose Languages (the first option) and select English.

First of all Thank You for your advise. I have changed the settings as per your advice to English. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate Google Playstore or Watsapp in the Y3 Vivo mobile. What do I need to do to get access to these apps pls advise.

As you can't find the Play Store, download the APK file from this link. Also, make sure that you've allowed downloading from unknown sources. Once installed, you can download WhatsApp through the Play Store.
