Reload operating system missing a registry file

My acer aspire ES15 came preloaded with windows 10, the machine advises that I am missing a registry file. How do I reload windows and from where?

OK, DO NOT RELOAD.
Get a cmd prompt, and type in SFC /SCANNOW. See if that will trap your missing or corrupted files!
