Hi,
In case your computer is not booting up correctly, you can launch the Windows Startup Repair to attempt to fix the issue.
If you don't encounter an issue and your computer is working fine, choose to start Windows normally to leave that screen and go back to the login screen.
To select one of the options, use the up and down arrows of your keyboard and press Enter to choose the option.
