My touchpad has not been working for a while now. I have tried the enable and disable method using the LED sensor but it is not responding too. How can I solve this problem?

Hi,

Press the Windows + R keys. Next type main.cpl and press Enter. Go to the Touchpad or Device Settings tab and choose Enable.

If the touchpad is already enabled, press Windows + R and type devmgmt.msc. Expand the Mice and other pointing devices section. Right-click on your driver touchpad and choose Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updated driver software.

Good luck.

Thanks but still no change. When I go to the touchpad properties it's reporting that the device is working properly
