I purchased a QN65Q8DTAFXZA TV in July, 2020. I am using streamed content only, and while I watch, I hear 2-tone beeps coming through the audio. They sound as if I am receiving a notification of a text or email, but they do not seem to coincide with the timing of messages received on my cell phone.
I tried turning off the feedback in settings, but that has not resolved the issue.
Hello, reading around the subject, it would appear that the beeps are for whenever a device (your phones), comes into close contact with the TV - Near field communication. You can test if it this by turning your phones off / leaving them in another room and trying the TV. You should be able to change the NFC settings.
Check by going to Settings > Accessibility and scroll down to Notification reminder and make sure it's switched off.
