Issue with verification

Hello,

When I tried to log in to my IG this morning, I got a message that I need to verify my account by sending an access code to my phone. However, my listed phone number is a hard line and thus I am not able to get the code. I tried signing from other computers and browsers and same thing.

Please let me know how I can change the number listed so I can receive the code, or else have the code emailed to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

If you don't have an option allowing you to obtain that code on your email address or by a call, I suggest you try to recover your Instagram account by following the instructions in this article.
