Hello, are you able to establish whether the connection issue is with your laptop or with the Wi-Fi itself? For example, try connecting another device to your network (mobile phone) - if it connects to the Wi-Fi, it would imply the issue is with your laptop.
If the problem persists, you could try updating your laptop's Wi-Fi driver. You should be able to get internet access using an ethernet cable (if it isn't a problem with your internet connection).
