Help getting my yahoo mail back

I was in hospital for 4 months, my son tried to access my e-mail and got locked out. I cannot log in as he logged out, I do not have a cellphone and my old verizon e-mail has been shut down, yahoo does not do security questions anymore. how do I get into my yahoo mail
