Unable to hear voice notes

Hey everyone. I'm posting here on behalf of my friend who is having an issue with her Whatsapp. When she tries to listen to voice notes she is unable to get any volume to actually hear them; the microphone icon with a cross through pops up on the screen and she is unable to do anything to sort it. I've included a screenshot of what she sees when she tries to play it. And the message does play in the sense that the little blue ball (must be a better way to describe that lol) runs the whole way along the bar

I've looked around for advice and she has tried the following with no success

- She has tried restarting the phone
- She has made sure she has latest Whatsapp updates
- She has tried listening to it like a phone call with the phone up to her ear to activate the other speaker

So none of these have worked and I've been unable to find a similar problem while looking around and am just hoping against hope that someone on her can be of assistance

Oh and its an iPhone 7 she thinks if that matters

Hi,

Has your friend tried to force-restart the iPhone and check if it is up to date?

To force-restart, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

Thanks for replying. After two days of frustration she woke up today to find that it had miraculously starting working ok again

There may have been a bug with WhatsApp...

Hello,
i have a problem in portable counter strike 1.6.
he is saying to me unable to load authentication library, exiting
what can I do ? ..... half an hour before I was just playing when I notice that I can change the screen size setting
from that time ...till now I can play because it is failing to load.

Hello, I have a problem with the messenger app on my phone. I get this: "Error: Unable to complete request. Please try again later."  I have tried everything I can think of by updating the app to the newest version, deleting and reinstalling the app, changing my facebook password and more. Nothing works and there are no facebook support chat to talk to. It's been happening for weeks now. How do I fix this problem?

i am using windows 7,64bit,,when I run the application it show unable to load authentication library,exiting..i tried changing tha settings in video and the screen size and also tried the run in window..none of them worked ...pls help me..
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6
