Why am i not getting code to my email address

Hello, I forgot my password asked them to send code and still nothing not even to my mobile phone either so how can i reset password can't even remember old one

Hello, if you haven't received your Facebook Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
