Facebook Errors when trying to enter 6 digit code to reset passw

Hello,
I am a social media manager and I have a client who has not used his buinesses Facebook page since 2012. I have tried to rest the password repeatedly, and when I enter what ever 6 digit code they send me, I either get a white screen of death, or an error that reads "sorry! We have to fix this" . It has been going on for a week. I have submitted multiple help tickets and nothing...
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

There is no magic trick behind this. You have to be persistant with the platform you are managing!

My wife went to log into her facebook and it told her that her password was an old one and prompted her to click for a password reset code. She clicked for the reset code, and received the code. As soon as she tried entering the code, Facebook said she had entered the wrong code too many times and that she must wait and try again later. This was the very first time she even entered the code. Yes, it was the right code, but Facebook does not recognize it. This was yesterday, and when tried it again today, Facebook sent her the exact same code and it STILL doesnt work!! By the way, the password she originally entered was THE RIGHT ONE as it is the only password she has ever had for the account...

Hello,

Thanks for your suggestion. But i've tried before. I'm login using my fb email and right password. Then it appear asked for a code. I'm also try to login using my phone no. Also same. Require a code. Appreciate if you could help me.

Hello,
Had 3 friends send code. Confirmed my identity. My new email was never sent from FB to confirming my identity, so I can recover my account. It's not in my spam/junk folder either. I click to resend my confirmation & it doesn't resend it. I want my old account back. My sister has passed & have no way to ask her to be my friend. I have bothered my confirmation friend's 3 times. 3 new emails. HELP

Hello,

Can you please help me? I can't login my facebook. I've change phone and when i'm want to login, then facebook asked me for a code. I click an option which to send the code using sms to my phone no. But until now, i did't received the code. can you please help me to solve the problem? Appreciate your help
