Fix black screen

Hello,
My screen is black and I know the it is working because I can seen the cursor and every time I press a button it dings when there is nohting on my screen please tell me what to do and say it simple and if you say to do something like recrome the gig bish please tell me how to do it I really need help

Hye there,

When you start your pc just press F8! Then you choose to log in safe mode!
Once you are logged on safe mode you will be asked if you want to do a system restore
Select a date when your pc was working fine then press next!
Let the process to be done then restart your machine again normally!
