Hi,
Power on your Toshiba laptop and at the same time press and hold the 0 (zero) key on your keyboard, until your laptop starts beeping.
When you see a warning message on your screen, select Yes to access the system recovery utility. Then you can choose to factory reset your laptop by following the on-screen instructions.
Note: All your personal data will be permanently erased.
