Can't Create New Account

Hello,

I've been trying to create a new account for a while but I keep running into the same issue. It always says "We noticed unusual activity from your account so we've logged you out" when I literally just created the account and haven't even been able to get in yet. It shows that before I've even accessed the account a single time so there's nothing unusual that I've done. I try to follow the steps and it makes me enter a phone number and says that it sends me a confirmation code. I've never received this code in the many times I've tried. Basically, I have no idea how I can make a new account and what the issue is.

Hello, each time you have requested a code, has it been to the same number? Are you using the same IP address each time?

It was the same number, but I've never gotten sent one. I tried changing my IP using a VPN and using Tor but the same thing happened.
