Hello, my mecer laptop model A450 isn't turning on but it charges. What should I do to turn it on?

Try the following and see if it will turn on:

- Unplug the charger cable
- Remove the battery
- Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds
- Reinsert the charger cable and the battery
