Can’t login

Hello, my Fb account isn’t working.. when I try to login they said “ please change your name” I send the documents and they don’t respond me..it’s about since one year... and I never get an email.. my name is correctly, please help???? I have so many important things in that account..

Thank you.. but my account is not disabled, cuz I checked. I sent the documents and it's all right, but they don’t answer.. I really don’t know what to do:(
